Send3r · Reach · Respond · Refine
Outreach that remembers.
Bring a spreadsheet of contacts. Send3r turns every column into a tag, sends personalised email from your own mailbox at a safe pace, and files every reply under the right person. Then it reads its own history: which emails get answered, by whom, and when, so each campaign starts smarter than the last.
How it works
No new inbox, no new address. Send3r works with the mailbox you already have, and keeps a record it can learn from.
A spreadsheet is all it takes. Name, organisation, role, location, anything you like: every column becomes a tag you can drop into an email.
A first email, a reminder, a follow-up. Tags fill in per person, with fallbacks for blanks. Or let AI draft the sequence from your brief.
From your own Gmail or Outlook, with a pause between emails, a daily cap, and business-day rules so your account stays in good standing.
One click reads your inbox, matches each reply to its thread, and labels it: interested, question, not interested, out of office, unsubscribe.
Send3r studies every send and reply you've made: which subject lines land, which template does the work, which day and hour your contacts answer, and for which kind of contact.
Before you press Send, see the expected replies for the batch, a likelihood for every contact, and the next best move for each one: remind, wait, or close.
Every email, kept with its thread
Everything you sent and everything they wrote back sits in one chain per contact. Reminders go out as replies in the same thread, so they land under the original in the recipient's inbox too.
What it learns: each chain records what was sent, when, and what came back. That record is the raw material for the patterns and the forecast.
Send hundreds
Send3r paces itself to stay inside Gmail's and Outlook's limits, spreads reminders across business days, and honours a contact's time zone when the sheet has one.
What it knows: before you send, the expected replies for the batch and the send window your own contacts answer in, learned from your history rather than a rule of thumb.
Track replies automatically
Every contact sits in exactly one of these. Replies are read from your inbox and matched by thread, so the lists stay right without you sorting anything. Out-of-office notices are kept but not counted, and an unsubscribe reply switches the contact off by itself.
What it learns: every reply carries a label, a time, and the contact's role, industry and region. Together they show which people answer, and what they answered to.
Patterns & forecasts
Send3r keeps every send, reply and label, and reads that record back to you as patterns you can act on and forecasts you can plan around. Nothing here is a black box: each pattern points to the emails it came from.
Which subject lines get answered. Which template in the sequence does the work. Which day and hour your contacts reply. How replies differ by industry, role, company size and region. What the "interested" replies had in common.
Before a batch goes out, a likelihood-to-reply for every contact, drawn from how similar contacts responded to similar emails in your own campaigns. A projection of how the batch will land. And a next best action for each person: send now, remind, wait, or close.
Both use only your own campaign history, stored under your account. Your contact list is never pooled with anyone else's.
