Stored encrypted on the server and never shown again. Leave blank to keep the current one. Spaces are removed automatically.

Signature & legal footer

Email signature — added under every email automatically. Fonts, colours, links and images are all kept; pictures are embedded in the email itself.

Insert image / logo

Tip: paste a signature straight from Gmail or Outlook. Images up to 1 MB each.

Legal footer — marketing email must say how to opt out and give a postal address. Added in small print under the signature.

Sending pace — keeps your mailbox inside the provider's limits

Replies, bounces & out-of-office

Check the inbox automatically — files replies, marks bounced addresses and pauses reminders for people who are away. Runs on the platform.

Open & click tracking

Your own tracking domain — optional. Links and the open pixel point here instead of the shared Send3r domain, so your deliverability never depends on another customer's sending.

To use one: add a CNAME from that hostname to our service, then tell us so we can issue its certificate. Leave blank to use the shared domain.

Don't track opens and clicks No pixel and no rewritten links in your emails. The one-click unsubscribe link stays — it is required for bulk mail.

Demo data — for showing the product

Fills your account with a believable history — two campaigns, a broadcast topic, a launch, an event and a feedback request, with sends, opens, clicks, replies, one bounce and one unsubscribe — so Home, Patterns and the contact views have something to show. It also adds two colleagues to your team, each owning some of the work, so you can show what the team is doing. No email is ever sent: every address is on a reserved .example domain that cannot receive mail, Send is switched off on demo campaigns, nothing is scheduled, and none of it counts against your plan. Remove it in one click when you're done.
